Last Updated: April 7, 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or services. By accessing The Pulque House website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by the terms described below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at thepulquehouse.com, making a reservation, or visiting The Pulque House ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Reservations & Bookings
Reservations made through our website, by phone, or via third-party platforms are subject to availability and confirmation by The Pulque House.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. For large-party reservations (6 or more guests), a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Failure to cancel within the required window or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals: We hold reservations for up to 15 minutes past the booked time. After this period, your table may be released. Please contact us if you anticipate being late.
Special Events & Private Dining: Bookings for private events, tasting menus, or special occasions may require a deposit and are governed by a separate event agreement provided at the time of booking.
3. Age Restrictions & Alcohol Service
The Pulque House serves alcoholic beverages, including pulque, mezcal, and other spirits. All guests must be of legal drinking age (21 years or older in the United States) to consume alcohol on our premises.
We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification from any guest at any time. We strictly comply with all applicable liquor laws and reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or cannot provide valid proof of age.
We do not permit the removal of alcoholic beverages from our premises unless permitted by applicable law and explicitly authorized by management.
4. Guest Conduct
We are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff. Behavior that is disruptive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated.
The Pulque House reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest from the premises who violates our conduct standards, without refund or compensation.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to our property, furnishings, or equipment as a result of their actions or the actions of their party.
5. Menu, Pricing & Availability
Our menu, pricing, and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Seasonal ingredients, supply chain conditions, and culinary creativity mean that certain dishes or drinks may be modified or unavailable at any given time.
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and gratuity unless otherwise stated. A service charge may be added to parties of 6 or more guests.
We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies; however, our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, nuts, dairy, shellfish, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any user-generated content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with our brand values.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
